Supreme Court Gives Green Signal: Non-Tainted Teachers Can Return to School in West Bengal
Responding to the West Bengal School Education Board’s plea, the Supreme Court has allowed teachers not found guilty of irregularities to temporarily return to school. State must begin fresh recruitment process by May 31 and conclude it by December 31, 2025.
