Investigations quickly revealed that the man in the video is not 188 years old; he is actually a Hindu saint named Siyaram Baba from Madhya Pradesh.

In response to the viral post, X issued a disclaimer directly under the original video, stating: “Misinformation! The elderly man is a Hindu saint named ‘Siyaram Baba’ who lives in Madhya Pradesh, India. According to reports, he is about 110 years old.”

Further analysis by the data verification group D-Intent Data confirmed the findings, labeling the video’s claims as misleading. The group stated on X, “ANALYSIS: Misleading.
