Reliance Jio users across India have reported a significant service outage, disrupting both mobile networks and JioFiber connections. According to Downdetector, a platform that tracks outages, the issue began around 11 AM and, at its peak, saw over 10,000 complaints from affected users.

The outage has primarily impacted users in major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Nashik, Kolkata, Patna, and Guwahati. As of now, 68% of users are facing mobile network issues, while 37% have reported problems with their mobile internet. Additionally, 14% of users are experiencing connectivity issues with JioFiber services.

Key Areas and Services Affected

Users of both Jio’s mobile services and Jio AirFiber have been hit particularly hard by the outage. Many have expressed frustration on social media platforms, citing difficulties in making calls, accessing mobile data, and using internet services.
